Our new 2014 barge

The aluminium plate has been cut out and flat packed is and is currently in transit to Cawthorne Welding.
Construction will commence as soon as the parts arrive in Tasmania.
We anticipate completion of the barge at the end of July, early August.
We are delighted to announce that work will commence shortly on the construction of our new barge. A sketch of our new 10-meter vessel appears below.

We are changing our name to Channel Moorings Maintenance and our web site will soon be updated to reflect this.
Our top quality service will remain the same! We hope to be back in operation in July this year and are taking advance booking now. Click here to contact us.
We wish to advise that our work barge has been sold to Huon Aquaculture for dedicated fish farm work. We are therefore unable to offer our mooring maintence and other services until a replacement vessel has been built. We expect to be back in operation by mid-2014.
You’d be surprised at the state of some of the stuff we pull out of the water. Don’t wait until you mooring gets into this state.
